Pathway programs are spread between A-levels, foundation, international year one, graduate diploma, pre-masters, or English Language courses. University Foundation Courses:
University Foundation Courses prepare international students for entry to the first year of a bachelor's degree. Entry requirement is generally 4.5 in IELTS with 4 in all bands. Academic requirements depend on the board studied, university and program.
There are also academic English courses which prepare students for pathway programs. This program is best suited for students who have academic qualifications but do not have the English requirements. The course lasts from a few weeks to year depending on a student’s English level. The IELTS requirement is 3.5 – 4.0 for the course.
